From Concept to Final Render: Our Production Pipeline
A behind-the-scenes look at how a project moves from idea to delivery.

Clients often ask what actually happens between the kickoff call and the final delivered file. Here's our full pipeline, stage by stage.
Stage One: Discovery
We start by understanding the brand, the audience, and what the piece actually needs to accomplish — not just what it should look like.
Stage Two: Concept and Storyboard
We map out story, staging, and visual direction as rough sketches, giving clients an easy, low-cost point to redirect the project before production begins.
Stage Three: Rough Animation
This is where movement first enters the piece — loosely blocked, focused on timing and staging rather than polish. It's the fastest way to confirm pacing works before investing in detail.
Stage Four: Refinement and Review
We layer in detail, texture, and secondary motion, with structured client check-ins at defined points rather than open-ended, unlimited rounds — this keeps timelines predictable for both sides.
Stage Five: Sound Design and Final Render
Sound is added once visuals are locked, then the piece goes through final rendering and technical quality checks before delivery in every format the client needs.
